Music bingo › Schlager
Schlager songs are written so you can sing along by the second line, which is exactly what a music bingo needs. From the classics that have been on the radio for fifty years to the Ballermann hits that appear on Mallorca every summer.
The app comes with a ready-made playlist called Schlager en Ballermann. Pick it and you can start. Want your own selection? Paste a playlist from Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music or Deezer, or type the songs in yourself.

The ready-made Schlager en Ballermann playlist mixes the old guard with the current summer hits. One table recognises Griechischer Wein, the next one Die immer lacht, and everybody is in the same game. Each track plays for 30 seconds, with a 3-second gong in between.
Schlager works at a ski-trip night, an apres-ski party, a German-themed get-together and at any party where the ages are far apart. For half an hour you need about 55 songs, for an hour 110 and for ninety minutes 164.
The card shows the titles, so let the room belt out the words while everyone searches. Print the cards on A4, two per sheet with cut lines, or let guests join for free on their own phone through bingobanger.party with the game code from the host.
Rather not hunt for songs? The app has Schlager en Ballermann waiting, curated and checked for playable previews. Open it, start it, play. Pasting your own playlist still works too.
For inspiration: these are songs that tend to work well with this theme. You are not tied to any of them — you build your own list, so use them, extend them or ignore them completely.
A link from Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music or Deezer, or type your own list of songs. The app collects the titles and removes duplicates.
The app works out how many songs you need and picks the card size.
Two cards per A4 with cut lines, with a matching emoji above every title, plus a checklist for the host.
The Bingo Master plays the recognizable part of every song and verifies each bingo through the card code.

No. The titles are printed on the card, and most schlager hits travelled far beyond Germany through radio and the ski season. Feel free to mix in a few local party songs.
