Music bingo at the staff party
A staff party often has a gap between the food and the dancing. Filling that gap with a music bingo works better than a quiz, because no knowledge is required: you either hear the song or you do not.
The best part is that you use your own people's music. Ask every department for five songs and you have a list in which everyone finds themselves.

A list per department
Let each department submit five songs. During the game the question of which department picked what arises by itself, and that produces exactly the kind of teasing a staff party thrives on.
Prizes the company can give
A non-material main prize works surprisingly well here: an extra afternoon off, the best parking space for a month, or lunch on the company. For the smaller rounds something simple is plenty.
Who hosts it?
You do not need a compere. The Bingo Master in the app plays the songs and strikes the gong between them. Somebody with a microphone to call out the winners is enough.
