Bingo Banger has no accounts, no advertising and no tracking. Everything you prepare (playlists, cards, progress) stays on your own device. Two things do go to our servers, and only when you use them: playing on phones (the game room your guests join) and anonymous usage statistics that tell us which steps of the app are used. Both are described below, with their retention periods. We never sell or share data, and we never link anything to your name, e-mail address or identity.
Playlists you import, bingo cards you generate, your game history and your settings are stored locally on your phone or tablet. Deleting the app deletes this data. We cannot read it.
When a host chooses "Play on phones", the app creates a game room on our servers (hosted by Supabase in the European Union) so that guests can play along in their browser. For that we store, per game:

Guests do not need an account or app, and we do not ask for e-mail addresses or phone numbers. The name field is free text: you may enter any name. Aggregated, non-personal statistics (for example how often a song is recognised across all games) are kept for the "Sing-A-Long" feature; these contain song titles only, never names.
To see where hosts get stuck and which features are actually used, the host app sends a small number of anonymous events to our servers, for example "playlist pasted", "game room opened", "game started", "first player joined", "first bingo", "game finished", together with the settings chosen at the start (grid size, number of cards, which game modes are on).
To import a playlist, the app fetches the public web page or public API of the streaming service whose link you pasted (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music or Deezer). To play song previews, the app streams official 30-second preview clips from iTunes or the streaming service's own servers. These requests go directly from your device to those services and are subject to their privacy policies.
Bingo Master and Bingo King are one-time purchases handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive no payment details and no personal data from these purchases; we only learn, on your device, that the purchase is active.
bingobanger.nl is a static website hosted on Vercel. It uses no cookies for tracking and no analytics scripts. Vercel keeps standard server logs (internet address, requested page) for a short period for security and operations.
Under the GDPR you may ask what we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Because we do not know who you are, we need something to find your data by: the game code (for a game room) or, for the usage statistics, the random identifier shown under Settings in the app in a future version. Game data is in any case deleted automatically after 90 days, usage events after 180 days. Requests: bingobanger.nl.
The app is rated 4+ and contains no gambling, no purchases of chance and no user-generated content visible to others, apart from the name a guest chooses for the scoreboard of their own game.
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are mentioned in the app's release notes.

Bingo Banger heeft geen accounts, geen advertenties en geen tracking. Alles wat je klaarzet (playlists, kaarten, voortgang) blijft op je eigen toestel. Twee dingen gaan wél naar onze servers, en alleen als je ze gebruikt: spelen op telefoons (de spelruimte waar je gasten aan meedoen) en anonieme gebruiksstatistieken waarmee we zien welke stappen van de app gebruikt worden. Beide staan hieronder beschreven, met hun bewaartermijn. We verkopen of delen nooit gegevens, en we koppelen niets aan je naam, e-mailadres of identiteit.
Playlists die je importeert, kaarten die je maakt, je spelgeschiedenis en je instellingen staan lokaal op je telefoon of tablet. Verwijder je de app, dan zijn deze gegevens weg. Wij kunnen ze niet lezen.
Kiest een spelleider "Speel op telefoons", dan maakt de app een spelruimte aan op onze servers (gehost door Supabase in de Europese Unie), zodat gasten in hun browser kunnen meespelen. Daarvoor bewaren we per spel:

Gasten hebben geen account of app nodig, en we vragen geen e-mailadres of telefoonnummer. Het naamveld is vrije tekst: je mag elke naam invullen. Samengevoegde, niet-persoonlijke statistieken (bijvoorbeeld hoe vaak een nummer over alle spellen heen herkend wordt) worden bewaard voor de functie "Sing-A-Long"; die bevatten alleen songtitels, nooit namen.
Om te zien waar spelleiders vastlopen en welke functies echt gebruikt worden, stuurt de spelleider-app een klein aantal anonieme gebeurtenissen naar onze servers, bijvoorbeeld "playlist geplakt", "spelruimte geopend", "spel gestart", "eerste speler binnen", "eerste bingo", "spel afgerond", samen met de instellingen bij de start (kaartformaat, aantal kaarten, welke spelvormen aanstaan).
Om een playlist te importeren haalt de app de openbare webpagina of openbare API op van de streamingdienst waarvan je de link plakte (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music of Deezer). Om fragmenten af te spelen streamt de app officiële 30-secondenpreviews van iTunes of van de servers van de streamingdienst zelf. Die verzoeken gaan rechtstreeks van jouw toestel naar die diensten en vallen onder hun privacyverklaring.
Bingo Master en Bingo King zijn eenmalige aankopen die Apple (App Store) of Google (Google Play) afhandelt. Wij ontvangen geen betaalgegevens en geen persoonsgegevens van die aankopen; de app weet alleen, op je toestel, dat de aankoop actief is.

De app heeft leeftijdsclassificatie 4+ en bevat geen kansspelen, geen aankopen met een toevalselement en geen door gebruikers gemaakte inhoud die anderen zien, behalve de naam die een gast kiest voor de tussenstand van zijn eigen spel.
Verandert deze verklaring, dan verandert de datum bovenaan mee. Belangrijke wijzigingen noemen we in de release-opmerkingen van de app.
